Running an AR team for a larger company?See how ti3 works for finance teams
Pricing

Software pricing, not collector pricing.

Flat monthly fee on Self-Serve and Managed. No fees on what's recovered on those tiers. Enterprise pricing is custom.

The 10x jump from Self-Serve to Managed isn't because the software is 10x bigger. It's because ti3 staff operate the recovery program for you on Managed: configuring the sequence, approving non-standard offers, and reviewing the weekly performance report, so the recovery happens without your time. Managed is a service tier on top of the same software.

Pricing FAQ

Questions before you commit.

What counts as an "active invoice"?
An invoice that's currently inside an active 5-week recovery sequence. Once an invoice is resolved (paid, settled, plan agreed, disputed, or closed), it stops counting against your limit. You can cycle through more than your limit each month, the limit is concurrent, not cumulative.
Do you take a percentage of what's recovered?
No. You pay a flat monthly fee for the platform. What's recovered routes directly to your Stripe or PayPal account. ti3 never takes custody of debtor funds.
What if I have more than 250 invoices?
Talk to us about Enterprise. We have customers running thousands of invoices through ti3. Pricing scales with volume but always stays predictable, never percentage-based.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, anytime. From Self-Serve to Managed: usually a 30-minute kickoff call. From Managed back to Self-Serve: we'll hand off the playbook so your team can pick up where we left off.
Is there a contract?
Self-Serve: month-to-month, cancel anytime. Managed: month-to-month with the 30-day guarantee covering your first month. Enterprise: custom contracting (typically 12-month).
What does the free trial include?
Up to 10 overdue invoices in active recovery on the Self-Serve tier. Full feature set. The trial runs for one full sequence cycle (5 weeks) so you can see real recovery results before any billing kicks in.
99¢ per invoice, when does that apply?
Pay-as-you-go option for occasional use. If you only have a handful of overdue invoices a few times a year, this is cheaper than a monthly subscription. Available on the Self-Serve tier.
