If it doesn't work, we tell you why.
The 30-day Managed plan guarantee. Real money back. Plus a written report on what we tried and what we observed. Because losing a month's fee beats wasting your time.
If we don't recover anything in your first 30 days, we refund the month and send a written report on what we found.
You'll get the full month's fee back, plus a written report on what we tried, what your debtors did, and our honest read on whether more time will help or whether your accounts genuinely aren't recoverable. No hard feelings either way. We'd rather lose a month's fee than have you feel like you wasted it.
How it works, step by step
1. You sign up for Managed
Standard onboarding. We have a 30-minute kickoff to understand your business, your customer base, and your aging report. Your first month begins on the day we start running sequences on your accounts (not the day you sign up, we don't penalize you for setup time).
2. We run the program for 30 days
Full 5-week sequences on your overdue accounts, in your name. Weekly reporting. Settlement, plan, and dispute paths fully active. Same service as any other Managed customer.
3. After 30 days, we both look at the numbers
If any meaningful recovery has happened, the guarantee is moot, you keep going on Managed (or downgrade, or cancel, your call). If the answer is zero, the guarantee kicks in.
4. We refund the month and send the report
Full refund of that first month's Managed fee. No retention call, no "wait, what if you give us another month." A real refund. Plus a written report covering:
- Which accounts we ran sequences on
- How those debtors responded (opens, replies, dispute submissions)
- What we tried in terms of offers, plans, and counter-offers
- Our honest assessment of whether your accounts are recoverable with more time, or whether the bucket genuinely won't move
- If we think a different approach would have worked, we tell you
Why we offer this
Buyer A's biggest cold-traffic objection is "what if this doesn't work and I've wasted my time and exposed my client list?" The free trial (10 invoices, full 5-week cycle) addresses surface-level skepticism but not the fundamental risk of paying for Managed and getting nothing.
The guarantee changes the risk calculus. The most you can lose is one month of operational distraction during onboarding. The least you can gain is a written report on what's recoverable about your aging book, which is genuinely useful even if you decide not to continue with us.
What's not covered
- Self-Serve plan. The guarantee doesn't apply to Self-Serve, because you're operating the software yourself. Recovery results depend on how you use it. We can't guarantee recovery on a process we don't run.
- Enterprise plan. Enterprise contracts have custom SLAs negotiated as part of the agreement. The 30-day guarantee is for Managed specifically; Enterprise gets its own commitments.
- Accounts under $50. The economics of recovering very small balances don't work the same way. We'll happily run them, but they're excluded from the guarantee math.
- Disputed accounts. If an account is in active dispute, the sequence pauses by design. Disputed time doesn't count against your 30-day window.
Edge cases we get asked about
"What if you recover $50?"
Honest answer: $50 is technically "something," but it's not what either of us were going for. If your first 30 days produce a single nominal recovery, we'll give you the option of treating it like a zero outcome and applying the guarantee. We'd rather you stay because it works, not because of a technicality.
"What if my accounts settle in week six instead of week four?"
If you signed up for Managed and we're seeing real engagement (debtor responses, plan offers being considered, etc.) at the 30-day mark, the guarantee window can extend to give those accounts time to close. We'll communicate this proactively, you don't have to chase us.
"Can I just sign up for one month?"
Technically yes. Practically, the recovery program is structured around 5-week sequences. One month doesn't give a full sequence room to play out. If you're testing whether ti3 works, we'd rather have you commit to two months and use the guarantee on the first one if results aren't there. That gives the program a fair shot.
How to invoke the guarantee
Email [email protected] within 7 days of your first month ending. Reference your customer ID. We respond within one business day with confirmation, refund timeline (typically 5 business days back to your card), and the written report (typically 7 business days).
If you have any other concerns
Email [email protected]. We've been building software with customers on this problem for two decades. We've heard most of the questions. Whatever yours is, we've probably got a real answer.
Try Managed with the guarantee in your pocket.
Send your aging report. We'll come back within 48 hours with an estimate. If we recommend Managed and you sign up, the 30-day guarantee covers your first month.
