Free recovery run, no card

Send us 5 overdue invoices. We'll run the 5-week recovery sequence in your name. Free.

You upload the invoices. We send the emails, the SMS, and the Final Demand in your business name. Money comes direct to you. If anything comes back, you see it within 5 weeks. You owe us nothing either way.

Start my free run

This works best if your invoices are:

  • B2B, we are calibrated for business customers, not consumer debt.
  • Between 14 and 90 days past due. Older recovers slower, fresher just needs a nudge.
  • Above $500 each. Smaller amounts are not worth the effort for either of us.
  • Not currently with a collection agency. We cannot run alongside a third-party collector.

If yours fit, hit the form below. If not, run the free analysis instead and we will tell you the realistic recovery path.

90 seconds

Tell us about your overdues.

We will email you within one business day with a link to upload your invoices, the message templates you can approve, and the schedule.

What you are agreeing to.

The recovery sequence runs in your business name from your business email. Your customers never see ti3, a collection agency, or any third party. Payments come directly to you through your existing payment links.

You can stop the run at any point with one email. If you want to pause a specific invoice (a customer raises a dispute, or pays directly to you), one click pauses the sequence on that account.

After 5 weeks, we send you a one-page report: which invoices paid, which set up plans, which disputed, which need escalation. You decide what to do with the rest. The free run ends there. If you want to keep using ti3 across your full aging report, we walk you through the subscription. No pressure.

Final Demand: Invoice #4401 (28 days past due)

Dear Alex,

This is a Final Demand for payment of invoice #4401 dated May 14, in the amount of $4,200. The invoice is now 28 days past due.

Prior reminders were sent on May 17, May 24, and June 1. To date no payment, dispute, or payment arrangement has been received.

You have three options before June 15:

1. Pay in full: [pay link]
2. Accept a settlement of $3,360 for immediate closure: [settlement link]
3. Set up a payment plan: [plan link]

If the invoice is disputed for any reason, reply to this email or use [dispute link] so we can address it directly.

If we receive no response by June 15, this account will be escalated to formal recovery in our company's name and may be reported to commercial credit bureaus.

Week 4 is the structured escalation. Formal language, hard deadline, three clear paths, and a documented next step if the customer doesn't engage. Sending a Final Demand typically shakes loose 30 to 40% of stubborn invoices.

What this offer is NOT

Not a managed-service agreement. Five weeks, ten invoices, then we hand you a report and stop.

Not a debt collector. ti3 is software. Communications are from you. No FDCPA filings, no third-party collector identity.

Not a no-strings handout. We do this because we want to earn the first 5 to 10 US case studies. If the run works on your invoices, we will ask if we can write up an anonymised version. You can say no.

Common questions

The honest answers.

Why is this free?

We need ten US case studies to put real numbers on the site. The free run is how we earn them. You get money back you would not have chased yourself. We get a case study (anonymised if you want). Mutual benefit.

What if my customers complain?

The messages are calibrated to be professional and helpful, not aggressive. You see every template before we send anything. If a customer pushes back, the sequence pauses and you handle it. We do not send anything you have not pre-approved.

Will this hurt my customer relationships?

The opposite, in our experience. Customers who owe you money already know they owe you. A clean, professional sequence from your business is less awkward for them than a series of "just checking in" emails or a sudden agency notice. Most people pay or set up a plan when given a clear path.

What if I want to keep going after the 5 weeks?

We will show you what subscription tier fits your aging report. Self-serve is $49/mo, managed is $499/mo. You decide. We do not auto-bill anything after the free run ends.

Who is behind this?

ti3 is built by Captira Analytical, a 20+ year-old software company based in Albany, NY. The free-run offer is run directly by Justin Scott, the founder. You will hear from him within one business day of submitting the form.
